um (update manager) Commands

Commands in the um module include:

Command	Description
clean	Delete downloaded component files from the local cache.
um-download	Download a component into local cache (without installing it).
install	Install a component (for example, pg17, spock, postgis).
list	Display the available and/or installed components.
remove	Un-install component (for example, pg17, spock, postgis).
update	Retrieve new list of latest components and update pgedge.
upgrade	Perform an upgrade of a component.
um verify-metadata	Display component metadata from the local store.
